“The world is full of opportunities. It is up to you whether you grab them or leave them fearing failure.”

For Anamika Yaduvanshi, a Delhi-based life coach, corporate trainer and motivational speaker, this belief has shaped both her career and her purpose.
Her professional journey began in a very different field. After studying commerce, Anamika worked as an interior designer for around five years. Alongside her career, however, she nurtured a passion for helping people find direction, confidence and meaning in their lives. What initially remained limited to conversations with family and friends gradually turned into a calling.
Eventually, she took the courageous decision to leave her lucrative career and pursue life coaching and motivational training full-time.
What started as a passion project soon grew through word of mouth. Within her first year, she began receiving queries from clients across the globe. For Anamika, the transition was not simply a career change; it was an opportunity to align her profession with her purpose.

Helping People Turn Potential into Action
Anamika believes that mindset plays a crucial role in determining the life a person builds. Her life coaching sessions focus on helping clients identify their goals, overcome limiting beliefs and develop practical action plans.
She describes herself as an accountability partner — someone who helps individuals move from knowing what they could do to actually taking steps towards their goals.
Her expertise extends to leadership development, team building, communication, time management, productivity, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, goal setting, innovation, personal development and motivation.
As a corporate trainer, she has conducted workshops for institutions and organisations including INSD, Tihar Jail, Army schools, Meerut Police, Delhi Mediation Centre, Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Chaudhary Charan Singh University and Dalmia Group of Industries, among others.
She has also served as a jury member and training coach at beauty pageants across India.

A Purpose Beyond Professional Success
Anamika’s commitment to social change extends beyond coaching. She is the Founder-President of Astitva, Mujhse Meri Pehchan, an NGO focused on women empowerment and child development.
Her contributions have been recognised through honours including the Navkiran Award (2010), Bharat Nirman Award (2012), Women Excellence Award (2013) and Indian Youth Icon Award (2013).
Today, Anamika continues to work towards a simple but powerful mission: helping people discover their potential, develop a positive mindset and create more meaningful lives.
Her journey is a reminder that sometimes, the most significant career move is the one that takes us closer to our purpose.
From interior design to life coaching, Anamika Yaduvanshi chose purpose over familiarity — and turned her passion for helping others into a profession.
